AIK Completes Four-Year Deal for 18-Year-Old Nigerian Midfielder

Swedish Allsvenskan side AIK has signed 18-year-old midfielder Oreoluwa Agbenla on a contract running until 31 December 2030. The move is structured as a transfer player agreement, meaning Agbenla will initially train with the academy before stepping up to the first team. AIK’s recruitment manager praised his box-to-box style, tactical awareness and ball control. He added that scouts have followed Agbenla since early 2025, including at the Gothia Cup.
