I Struggle With Loss of Appetite, Even When Food Is Available

I just finished a plate of rice, and I feel like I won a lottery. It is the biggest meal I have managed to eat in about four days. I am not sick, but I have struggled with severe loss of appetite since childhood. Back then, I was often forced to eat, and sometimes I even paid my older siblings to eat my food and pretend that I had finished it. Eating is difficult for me. If you can eat whenever you want, please do not take it for granted. For me, I eat because I have to, not because I enjoy it.
