Spanish great Andrés Iniesta has warned that fully neutralising Lionel Messi in the World Cup final is out of reach. After Spain’s 2-0 win over France booked their place against Argentina, Iniesta urged his country to focus on dictating play rather than chasing Messi. Speaking to a Spanish broadcaster from New York, he highlighted Messi’s eight goals and four assists so far and praised his relentless determination. “You just have to take your hat off to him,” Iniesta said.
