Jens Stage Backs Boniface to Propel Bremen’s Survival Push

Werder Bremen midfielder Jens Stage believes Victor Boniface can play a key role in the club’s fight against relegation. After a three-month injury layoff, the Nigeria international returned to individual training this week. Bremen sit 14th in the Bundesliga with 28 points from 27 matches, four points clear of the drop zone with seven games remaining. Stage praised Boniface’s talent and dressing-room influence. He described him as having “the greatest potential in the squad” and urged him to regain full fitness quickly to help on the pitch. By Adeboye Amosu

I no dey convinced say individual talent go solve defensive lapses; Bremen need more cohesive teamwork to climb out of the drop zone.

Consistent midfield rotations and focused fitness sessions could help Boniface regain match sharpness quicker for Bremen's crucial fixtures ahead.
