As Fleet Manager, you will architect and oversee the full vehicle and driver lifecycle. You’ll lead vehicle onboarding, inspections, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning. You will also design and improve driver recruitment, orientation, and compliance programmes to ensure safety and quality. In this senior role, you will analyse fleet performance data, negotiate with service vendors, manage GPS tracking systems, and report insights to senior leadership. You will build a culture of accountability and drive operational excellence as we prepare for market launch and future nationwide scaling. We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering or a related field, 8–10 years of fleet management experience, and strong knowledge of Nigerian roadworthiness standards. A valid Nigerian driver’s licence, leadership skills, and proficiency in fleet management software are essential.
