Debut Delight: Chukwuemeka on Target as Austria Rout Ghana 5-1

Austria humiliated Ghana’s Black Stars 5-1 in an international friendly at Vienna’s Ernst Happel Stadium. Marcel Sabitzer opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 12th minute, putting Ghana on the back foot. Michael Gregoritsch doubled the lead after a Sabitzer assist, then set up Stefan Posch to make it 3-0. Carney Chukwuemeka came on in the 61st minute and netted his first goal for Austria to extend the advantage to 4-1. Captain Jordan Ayew pulled one back for Ghana on 77 minutes, but Nicolas Seiwald sealed the rout with a late strike. The Black Stars now turn their attention to another friendly against Germany.
