Life Has Been Heavy, and I Am Tired of Carrying It Alone

Life has felt unbearably heavy lately. I wake up already carrying problems that seem to be waiting for me. Since I lost my father, life has never felt the same. Watching my mother struggle has also left me feeling helpless and overwhelmed. I am a student trying to build a future while worrying about exams, money and problems outside school. I have had to postpone dreams, make sacrifices and let go of things I cared about because survival came first. Even when I laugh and act normal around people, they do not see how tired and lost I feel when I am alone. There have been moments when everything looked dark and I questioned whether the struggle was leading anywhere. I do not need life to be perfect. I just want a moment of peace and a reason to believe that this difficult season will not define my whole life.
